Joe Seward, DVM

Dr. Seward graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1985 and started working in Rockville the same year. Dr. Seward belongs to the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association. He has a special interest in small animal medicine. In his spare time he enjoys working on the family farm.

 

Julie Anderson, DVM

Dr. Anderson graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1978. She started working in Rockville in June of 1991. Dr. Anderson belongs to the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association, and the American Association of Small Ruminant Practitioners. Dr. Anderson has expanded her education to include Animal Chiropractic in August of 1997 from Options for Animals, Veterinary Acupuncture from the Chi Institute in August of 2004, Chinese herbal courses from the Chi Institute, and applied kinesiology and advanced animal chiropractic. Dr. Anderson’s special interests in veterinary medicine include traditional Chinese veterinary medicine, lameness, and the bio-mechanics of lameness. Raising Australian Cattle dogs, trail riding, cattle work, and reading are some of  Dr. Anderson’s hobbies.

Ted Harpold, DVM

Dr. Harpold graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1995 and came to work at our Rockville clinic in June of the same year. Dr. Harpold belongs to the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association, the American Association of Equine Practitioners, and the Society of Theriogenology. Dr. Harpold has strong interest in equine reproduction and large animal medicine and surgery. When he’s not at work you may find him outdoors enjoying fishing, hunting, or horseback riding.

 

Laura Couch, DVM

Dr. Couch graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002.  She joined WCVS at Rockville in May of 2002. Dr. Couch belongs to the American Veterinary Medical Association and the American Heartworm Society. Dr. Couch’s special interests in small animal medicine include: surgery, endoscopy, and orthopedics. In her free time, Dr. Couch enjoys spending time with her family.

 

Britni Thornburg-Hoover, DVM

Dr. Thornburg-Hoover graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011.  She began working for WCVS in June of 2013.  Dr. Thornburg-Hoover is a member of the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.  Her special interests in veterinary medicine include cattle reproduction, embryo transfer and milk quality.  Outside of the clinic, Dr. Thornburg enjoys working with dairy cattle on the family farm.

Dr. Lori Simma

Lori Simma, DVM

Dr. Simma graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and started at the Rockville clinic in July of 2008.  She belongs to the Academy of Rural Veterinarians, the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Indiana Veterinary Association, the American Association of Bovine Practitioners and the American Embryo Transfer Association. Dr. Simma enjoys large animal medicine.

 

Danielle Willenborg, DVM

Dr. Willenborg is a 2012 graduate of St. Mary-of-the-Woods College where she majored in Biology and minored in Equine Science.  She then went to the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in May of 2016.  Dr. Willenborg joined our clinic in June of 2016 where she now sees both small and large animal patients.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Equine Practitioners, and the American Association of Bovine Practitioners.  In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her dog Cole.
